Pursuant to the valid Acceptance Forms of Cyprus Trading Corporation Plc, as a result of the Public Offer for the acquisition of shares of Woolworth (Cyprus) Properties Plc, it acquired 39,064,000 shares of Woolworth (34.08%).

This percentage, together with 13.04% (14,949,260 shares) acquired via an off-floor transaction on 19.9.07 from associated persons and 29.53% that CTC held prior to the Public Offer, has reached 76.65% (87,856,500 shares).

The cheques will be posted to the shareholders who accepted the offer of CTC today.
