According to the valid Acceptance Forms of Cyprus Trading Corporation Plc, as a result of the Public Offer for the acquisition of Woolworth (Cyprus) Properties Plc, CTC acquired 39,513,345 shares of Woolworth, that is, 34.47%.

This percentage together with the 13.04% (14,949,260 shares) acquired via an off-floor transaction dated 19.9.07 from associated persons and the 29.53% that CTC held before the Public Offer stands at 77.04% (88,312,706 shares).

The cheques have been posted to the beneficiaries who accepted the offer of CTC.
