Marfin Popular Bank announces that Mr. Andrea Moneta has resigned from his position as Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Bank, following his resignation as Managing Director of Dubai Financial Group.

At the next Board of Directors meeting the members of the Executive Committee will propose that the position of the Chairman of the Committee will be assumed by Mr. Andreas Vgenopoulos, Executive Vice Chairman of the Bank.
